Uyakhala is the first single taken off Ralf GUM’s highly anticipated forth studio album Progressions. On it the German house master collaborates with Afro Pop icons Mafikizolo to deliver a soulful house classic titled, Uyakhala. Uyakhala is a spiritual song, based on the strong African belief that it takes a village to raise a child or a person is a person through other people.
For “Uyakhala” Mafikizolo deliver a flawless performance, which lyrically fits perfect into their own extended music catalogue, as most of their music deals with pertinent social issues such as women and children abuse, poverty, the importance of education and the dangers of casual sex.
